About Health Link Massage
Health Link Massage is owned and operated by Joni Fung, a massage therapist with over
15 years of experience. Joni literally fell into massage therapy by starting out helping her work colleagues when they had pain. Through doing the same sequences on her colleagues, she learnt how to feel the tensions that were held in the muscle groups, and how to ease the discomfort they felt. After realising how much she enjoyed doing this, she decided to undertake some courses. This allowed her to hone her skills and formalise what she had already learnt by herself, so she could turn this into a viable form of income.
Joni truly enjoys helping her clients and likes nothing better than to see the relief her clients experience after the massage session.
Joni’s qualifications
Joni has undertaken the following qualifications to further her skills and her practice:
Certificate IV in Aromatherapy (awarded by the North Sydney Institute)
Diploma of Remedial Massage (awarded by the North Sydney Institute)
Manuel Lymph Drainage (awarded by Dr Vodder School international)
Integrated Deep Tissue Massage (awarded by Art Riggs Deep Tissue And Manual Therapy Educational Systems)
Joni is also a member of the Association of Massage Therapists
